The gym at Courtyard By Marriott Shanghai Jiading was superb. I was impressed with the Life Fitness machines and the variety of equipment available. It was a great way to stay fit during my business trip, and I appreciated that I could access it early in the morning. The atmosphere was calm, making it easy to focus on my workout.
